YOUR MISSION:
As a Founder’s Associate, you will work closely with the Founder and CEO and leadership team to help drive the company’s strategic priorities and operational execution.
In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact, cross-functional projects across the business. These may range from supporting strategic initiatives in commercial, product, and operations teams to improving internal processes, building organisational structures, and helping ensure alignment as the company scales.
This role is ideal for someone who is excited by our mission of enabling anyone to invest in capital markets. You will be close to many strategic initiatives and interact beyond lemon.markets towards our parent company, dwpbank.
