As a Senior Product Manager on our Retention team, you’ll own the experience that keeps hundreds of thousands of renters engaged, deepens their trust in Grover, and grows a single subscription into a long-term, multi-device one.
You’ll join our Product team at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week, Tuesday to Thursday), reporting to our Director of Product and working day to day with CRM and lifecycle marketing, engineering, design, and data, with regular exposure to senior leadership.
🎯 What you will contribute:
• Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the retention and engagement lifecycle.
• Own the end-to-end post-acquisition journey that turns single-subscription renters into engaged, multi-subscription customers, leading the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch across the mobile app, My Tech, subscription management (extend, upgrade, return, buy), multi-subscription flows, and lifecycle notifications.
• Shape an engaging experience that grows customer lifetime value and reduces revocation.
