As a Tech Business Partner, you will be the assigned Tech counterpart for employees, and solve localised problems in our Hamburg HQ. This means that every 1KOMMA5 employee in Hamburg will know you by name, and have trust to include you in all technical discussions that improve their productivity.
The average day of a Tech Business Partner
The role is divided into 3 key value areas:
Tech Support on level 1, 2 and 3 tickets created by holding employees. The goal here is to be familiar with stakeholders for faster, more efficient turnaround. Tickets are not escalated, but are triaged and discussed to improve technical understanding and develop. You will also monitor queues for the other markets for urgent out of hours requests, and action them when necessary. Level 1 and 2…
