We are looking for a Data Scientist (Clinical) who will strengthen the user-facing and clinical side of our data science work: not only training our models, but making sure that their output is trusted, usable, and demonstrably impactful in hospitals.
As a Data Scientist, you will sit (or stand, if you prefer) right at the point where our models meet clinical practice. You will report to our Head of Engineering & Data Science, and work closely with a group of talented and driven developers, engineers, data scientists, designers and clinical experts in the Product Engineering team. Your focus will be on connecting our models and the underlying data to the people who use them: working with clinicians to understand their workflows and needs, developing and training models, shaping how predictions are presented in the product, and demonstrating clinical impact through retrospective and impact analyses.
